VELVET IBIZA HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO OCTOBER 20-25
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been closely monitoring the situation and reviewed all possible scenarios.
After discussion with the local authorities, we have decided to postpone Velvet IBIZA 2020 to the 20th -25th of October.
It will take place in the same hotel (Hotel Cala Martina) and with the same party spirit you have come to expect!
According to the dispositions by our government, your bookings will automatically be transfered to the new dates. If you can’t make it in 2020, your booking and tickets are still valid for 2021.
We expect the 2021 dates to be the first or second week of May.
FOR THOSE WHO BOOKED: It is important that you send us an email before the 25th of July informing us if you want to transfer your booking to October 2020 or re-book for the 2021 festival.

TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKET
If you make it to Ibiza on October 20-25 this year OR want to transfer to the May 2021 dates, you must let us know by July 25th. We will do the transfer automatically. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
SELLING TICKETS AND CHANGING NAMES
You can sell your ticket to other women or simply change the name on the booking.
WHY NO REFUND?
We are going with industry and legal guidance in an effort to remain solvent. The island of Ibiza will experience very hard times and it’s critical that we all come together as a community to support as much as we can. These are exceptional times for the world. When the festival is moved, postponement, our production and hotel costs remain the same. Your bookings are already been paid to the hotel and they cannot refund Velvet Ibiza.
